Our engineering team will conduct a detailed analysis of the components, identifying areas of concern and any parts that will need replacing. This allows us to achieve the best results when extending the lifespan of your company’s vital fluid power components.
Our skilled technicians have a wealth of experience dismantling, re-conditioning, and re-assembling a wide range of pneumatic products including actuators, valves, control systems and many more.
ANALYSIS:
CFP engineers and technicians have a breadth of knowledge and experience, looking at potential failure modes and identifying replacement parts allowing us to determine exactly what is required to extend the lifespan of your components.
MODIFICATIONS:
Any modifications desired can also be accommodate for. Whether its improving efficiency of operation or correcting a known fault, CFP engineers will work closely with your team to design these changes and then implement them during the refurbishment process.
DISMANTLE & RECONDITIONING:
Once in the CFP workshop our technicians will meticulously dismantle and recondition your components. Any seals or perishable materials will be replaced and all parts will be cleaned, de-greased and re-finished if required.
REBUILD & TESTING:
Once all necessary work on component parts has been completed, CFP technicians will rebuild and test the refurbished component ensuring it is both safe and functional. CFP prides itself on a high standard of build quality and scrupulous testing.
